Build: 1.0.5 - March 10, 2025

Hey Survivors! We’ve been busy squashing bugs, optimizing performance, and sprinkling some extra sugar on this new build. Here are all the changes:

🛠️ General Fixes & Improvements

  • Fixed a bug where enemies weren’t attacking the RV in Stage 3
  • Fixed an issue where the player damage indicator wasn’t working correctly.
  • Improved various collision issues across multiple stages.
  • Rebalanced large hits to help reduce unexpected and sudden deaths.
  • Reflected damage now correctly credits the weapon that caused it.
  • Fixed kill count issues with stage challenges.

🎵 Audio Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where player audio was getting cut off by other game sounds.
  • Adjusted several SFX so they now properly follow sound settings.
  • Increased priority of player VOIP to prevent them from getting drowned out.

🎨 UI & Visual Improvements

  • Fixed stage label in the pause menu.
  • Fixed an issue where the Achievement progress wouldn’t appear on the end results screen.
  • Fixed an issue where projectile warnings would glitch with the ground.
  • Adjusted UI layering.
  • Various lighting improvements.
  • Not even an apocalypse can stop advertisement, several HappiJoy billboards updated and added.
  • Amped up Piñata deaths to be more satisfying.

🏗️ Technical & Performance Updates

  • Optimized hardware visual settings.
  • Adjusted distance fade effect to better match the skybox color.
  • Bug Fixes
  • Fixed a bug with destroyed enemy HP bars
  • Fixed an issue causing the HUD to break when resetting.
  • Fixed issue when the settings menu is open in the Garage.
  • Fixed a few edge case potential crashes.
  • Fixed some intro sequence visual bugs.
  • Fixed a bug where blob shadows would mysteriously appear at origin.
  • Fixed a bug where players could hit enemies with melee while knocked out.
  • Fixed enemy movement-related bugs when stunned.
